These photos were taken over a long period of time (hence the main reason for me looking so strange), mainly when I was at school. I used to love going to concerts regularly in London to watch all the great artists perform.

Me and pianist Mitsuko Uchida (Brahms Piano concerto No 1,Royal Festival Hall, London). The date is wrong on the photo, it was summer 1994, just after sitting my GCSE exams at school.
Me and violinist Cho-Liang Lin (Beethoven violin concerto,Royal Festival Hall, London). I asked him whether he played a Strad or a Guarneri, and he told me that he has just bought the "Duc de Camposelice" Guarneri "del Gesu". He replaced Kyung Wha Chung as performer at short notice as she was taken ill.
